I told her what features I enjoyed and she was always realistic with me while also staying within my price range. Donna showed me a few cars and I can be difficult to please but she understood me completely. She was determined for me to leave in a vehicle that I would love and always included my mother in the car buying experience as well. I love how her job did not end after passing me off to Paul and Henry as she set up all my features in my car for me, showed me unique features, and even revisited all my warranties and how they work. My new car has everything I wanted and I cannot thank Donna enough for her patience!! Walter Fields truly made sure I was content with my purchase, worked with me to find financing with a good APR and finding the perfect car for me. Walter and Donna are a wonderful team to work with! They really made me feel like family. Everyone at the dealership were beyond helpful throughout the process from helping me print my check stubs (thanks for your help Julian) to Henry and Paul K.(who knew signing my life away could be so fun, haha). Vince was fantastic! I brought my 2014 Chevy Impala in for some warranty work. I was a bit disappointed about 2 things: 1. I live in Indiana and Phillips (Frankfort) dril I brought my 2014 Chevy Impala in for some warranty work. I was a bit disappointed about 2 things: 1. I live in Indiana and Phillips (Frankfort) drilled into my bumper to install a front license plate bracket which are not required in Indiana. 2. In less than 4,000 miles on the car, the driver's side rear quarter glass plastic/chrome trim came off. Not sure how or where but happened sometime during our awful winter. I live much closer to the Lansing store so I dropped my car off asking if the trim could be replaced and if the bumper could be filled in once the front license plate bracket was removed. Vince saw to it that both of these things were done and had them claimed under warranty. The glass has to be completely removed and installed as a new unit. The body shop that was to perform the patchwork was 4-5 days out. Vince suggested to the dealership that they swap bumpers off of a new car in the lot so I could have my car in time for the weekend. Vince impressed me on several levels. For starters, this was warranty work and he didn't have a chance to upsell me on anything but still treated my concerns as a number one priority. What really impressed me was his constant communication, I am a "car guy." I can't tell you how many dealerships/shops have serviced my cars and I had to constantly call them for a status on my repair. Vince made sure he called me everyday with an update. This wasn't annoying, this was professional. I even called the service manager Dennis to commend Vince on his job well done. I also agreed to write this review on his behalf. I checked on line and visited the dealerships in my area. I got the impression that they do what they can to get you into the dealership then use excuses why you don't qualify for what they advertise and they try to pressure you into something you don't want or need. After talking to Ms. Donna Lee on the phone and then driving to Lansing, Illinois I found Ms. Lee to be very friendly. She actually LISTENED to my concerns in what I was needing and looking for, she actually went out her way to accommodate me. There was absolutely no pressure into trying to sell me something I didn't want like a different color or model or anything. I actually received everything I started out looking for. Above all they delivered on the promises made on the web site and over the phone. Not only did I receive a great price for the Chevrolet Impala 2LT I purchased but the service was very professional, very friendly, and no pressure. By the time I drove out of Phillips Chevrolet I felt like I had just experienced the best car buying experience in my life. Between Ms. Lee and her sales manager Walter you feel like family.
