Service department is like pulling teeth to have work done. I had to drive 45 minutes one way about 8-10 times before anything was done. I bought a certified 2020 Jeep Cherokee latitude in September found to have front end issues, they are still working on rectifying the problem. I have made 2 months of payments and still haven’t receiv September found to have front end issues, they are still working on rectifying the problem.
