First and last time at Philips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tuesday. Service advisor didn’t listen advised three times we needed a key cut, he said he would call and never did. We showed up an hour and a half later, he advised it’s been ready for a long time and to go to the cashier and pay. During this time I tried to call went to voicemail got a call back Thursday morning. Horrible and rude customer service. More

They were very rude and nasty people. They messed up my front driver side head light case. I had to go back and have them replace all the bulbs and put the head light case back on correct They messed up my front driver side head light case. I had to go back and have them replace all the bulbs and put the head light case back on correct . After my third time back they tell me my water pump us leaking. The Jeep only has 19000 miles on it. It is running great. Not running hot at all. I took it to the dealership were I bought it and they checked my Jeep out. They told me Phillip's service department lied to me. My water pump is not lacking no were. I will never step foot in that dealership again and I spread the word about them living to me. More
