Brought my jeep in after the gas tank was accidentally overfilled. Asked them to do a diagnostic and get us the price to fix what we already suspected was the issue. Had the jeep towed, although it did ru overfilled. Asked them to do a diagnostic and get us the price to fix what we already suspected was the issue. Had the jeep towed, although it did run, so as to not put any undue wear on the vehicle. They get to the jeep and suddenly the battery is fried. Get a new battery bring it to them and wait for the diagnostic. We get the diagnostic back and can't afford the repair just yet so decided just put it back together and we will pick it up. Get the text "your vehicle is ready" go to get it on a Saturday and they can't find the jeep. When it is finally located, the battery cover is missing, it's not fully put together and it no longer starts. The mechanic who left our vehicle apart won't be able to work on it until Monday and they will try to figure out why it no longer starts when it was running when they got it. Fast forward to the "your vehicle is ready" again. Not wanting to drive the hour there without information my husband begins calling, left voice-mails, no call back. Finally reached Jim on Oct 4th who "didn't have time for this" and proceeded to hang up. Over the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Dropped off a running, albeit poorly, vehicle, paid the diagnostic fee only to get back a nonrunning vehicle with a part missing (still and no attempt to so much as replace the part they lost). But wait there's more! Screws to the rear wheel well are all gone (so more parts to my vehicle missing), popped that down and none of what they took apart is back together! Hey phillips I don't think my jeep was ready for pickup and I'm so sorry that wanting yall to put what you took apart back together was such an inconvenience to your service writers and mechanic. More
