They couldnt get the part and failed to think ahead with the strike to find it. My wife and I had to do all of the roadwork for the service team. My part didn't come when promised as it was "forgotten" by t the strike to find it. My wife and I had to do all of the roadwork for the service team. My part didn't come when promised as it was "forgotten" by the courier. Staff wouldn't arrange for a vehicle until 4:56 on Monday, knowing Hertz was closing. Horrible! More
