Diagnostic test, one ignition coil, and spark plugs took almost four hours. I was charged almost $700 for it. I should have known better. They -did- need to run to a shop to get the part. Fixed a tire leak on my F250 that I bought from them with a aftermarket warranty and was in an out in no time. So the whole process when we walked in was super great, professional and quick! We love our RAM!
