Got signed in then 4 hours in waiting room without hearing from anyone. I had to go to the rep to find out they couldn’t fix my car that day because of a back ordered part. My vehicle was brought in for two issues. One of the two were fixed. It was supposed to be done the next day however no one called. The next day still no call so I called them at 2 and again after a bunch of calls finally got the operator to hand deliver my number to the service department to call me. My vehicle was ready the day before apparently but since the guy assigned to it was out sick it sat there with no update to me. More
