Jim was my advisor on a Thursday evening I had my Dodge ram 1500 truck towed into the dealership the next morning Jim reached out to me to tell me my rack and pinion was broken but it was covered under war ram 1500 truck towed into the dealership the next morning Jim reached out to me to tell me my rack and pinion was broken but it was covered under warranty they had part of the parts that were needed to be replaced but not all of them it may take a couple days for the replacements part to come in. When I asked if there was a loaner car that we could get he said no but there was a rental car that Dodge would pay for he gave me all of the instructions on how to get the rental car. I was not expecting my car to be finished until the following week as he had stated parts had to come in. To my surprise he was able to get the parts in and installed in the truck by Friday afternoon. As he was getting the work done he kept me advised of the situation. I couldn't have been happier with the whole situation. More

Vehicle was returned the same way it was turned in, bottom all with oil. You would think if it's being fixed for oil leak, it would e cleaned up.
