Quick, Friendly, and Professional. We found a used vehicle on their website and initiated contact online. Brian Baker called us and we met up at the dealership. He had to go out of his way to get the vehicle back to the Phillips dealership. Since this was a used Cadillac they brought it to a Cadillac dealership for a proper inspection. This may be a minor detail to some but I appreciate it because not every dealership is "expert" on every vehicle. The entire buying process, from test drive to financing was smooth, friendly and pleasant. My one suggestion - - - better coffee! More
