waste of time I was looking into buying a dodge challenger R/T and I happened to find the perfect car at this dealership after searching online. I live about 3 hour I was looking into buying a dodge challenger R/T and I happened to find the perfect car at this dealership after searching online. I live about 3 hours away from Ocala but my brother lives in the area and he is a mechanic, so my brother went to go visit the dealership and check out the car for me to make sure it was a good vehicle. The whole time my brother is their he has me on facetime so I'm able to see the car also and it so happens everything checks out good and I speak to Mr. Gonyer and tell him I'm interested in buying the vehicle but because I work at a sheriff office it is hard for me to get off of work and drive 3 hours to the dealership to sign the paperwork and buy the vehicle, so I ask Mr. Gonyer if it is possible to come tomorrow to purchase the vehicle and if it is any problems please let me know. Mr. Gonyer says that its fine for me to come tomorrow that he will hold the car for and he even emailed me a complete purchase order. So the next day as I'm about to enter Ocala, I call to let them know that I will be their in a few minutes only to find out that Mr. Gonyer has sold my car 2 hours ago to somebody else after he had promised me that he will hold the car for me, a complete waste of time!! What an amazing experience I consider myself a somewhat picky person when it comes to making big purchases, and buying a car is definitely no exception. Jon was considerate, und I consider myself a somewhat picky person when it comes to making big purchases, and buying a car is definitely no exception. Jon was considerate, understanding, and accommodating towards my examination of the details. He was not pushy, did not rush us, and certainly did not force us to buy anything. I told him that I drove 2 hours with an intent to purchase as long as he worked with me, and he certainly did. He and David Hoff were down to earth, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this dealership, especially Jon. And we love our car! More

Spent over $1000, and problem was never repaired Went to this dealer for repair, spent over $1000, didn’t even go 300 miles, and same problem occurred again. Was stranded at a different dealer for 2 Went to this dealer for repair, spent over $1000, didn’t even go 300 miles, and same problem occurred again.
