Not a Good Experience Brought my Ram truck in for an oil change and checked out some new cars while waiting. Biggest problem we had was the sales rep quoting prices that w Brought my Ram truck in for an oil change and checked out some new cars while waiting. Biggest problem we had was the sales rep quoting prices that were thousands higher than on their web page. We were very interested in a 2017 Challenger. Sales rep said it was $33k (sticker price). We wind up a few thousand apart on the numbers so decide to think about it. Get home and look at the same car on their web page and it's listed for $29k. We would have driven it home if the sales rep had based the discussion on the lower price. We also looked at a used Charger. Same sales rep says it's going for $17k. Once again, on the web page it's listed for $15k. As the saying goes, once is an incident, twice is a pattern. The service dept is okay. They are always busy, and though they have made some mistakes they have corrected them without any hassle. Generally the service folks are easy to work with. I will say the sales folks greeted us promptly (not the case in all dealerships) which was good, but the sales rep we had (not naming) left much to be desired. Maybe he is new. But not knowing the prices led to confusion and us leaving without buying a new car. We have contacted the dealership about our experience and are waiting to see what their response is. More

As usual Mark was very professional and made it easy to talk pricing. He showed me all the features and listened to my wants. I left once again please with my purchase and excited with my new vehicle. I had used a local dealer in my first Jeep Purchase since I moved in 2004 to The Villages. My experience there was very pressuring and their service dept was disappointing with the after sale. I must say though I did use the service dept there a few months ago and it is now top notch. The sales dept. I cannot say as I have never return to check pricing. More

I have worked with many dealerships over the course of a decade both from Florida and New York, and none have even come close to the attention to detail and customer service that Jon brings to the job. With my work schedule he was able to do most of the back and forth via email which immensely helpful, then our time actually in the dealership and taking a look at some of the vehicles was easy and hassle free. During the entire process he was straight forward and really took the time to make sure I had all the options on the table. We look forward to coming back and continuing to add to our fleet as the business grows. I would highly recommend this dealership and more specifically Jon Novak. More
Painless!! I recently inquired about a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited (CPO). I initially worked with Todd Phillips who provided great customer service. I told Todd exactly what I wanted and that I was very interested in buying the vehicle. Phillips had the only CPO Limited Edition within a 250 mile radius! After speaking with my wife, we agreed that this was the right choice/vehicle for us. I called the dealership back and was directed to Will Pardee. I told Will that I would like to put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it for a week due to our crazy work schedule and my wife being 8 months pregnant. After going through a few possible scenarios, we went with his first recommendation. Will had offered to drive the vehicle from the dealership (Ocala) to us in St. Augustine. No strings attached. This was a first time buying a vehicle at home experience for me and my wife. To say the least, Will and his wife showed up to my door with the vehicle and all the paperwork. It looked even better than the 30 online photos. We did all the normal things: test drive, thorough inspection, going through all the latest technology, etc. And the paperwork time was cut in half because we submitted all of our information to Will in advance, so all the nauseating paperwork was done! A few signatures was all that was needed. Will was very professional and well organized. He responded to all of my emails and texts promptly and also took pictures of items that I inquired about. (Key fobs, remote controls and wireless headphones for U-Connect). Outstanding job Will! And what an incredible experience! Thank you! More

The sales team worked with my budget to get me into my new vehicle always letting the final decisions be mine to choose. They have a shuttle to assist you with vehicle drop off. This facility is relaxing and inviting. I have had to wait for service even with a sheduled appointment and the service writers could do a better job at acknowledging you at arrival. I have experienced some waiting to pay for services at check out. Service writers should take the time to explain unmentioned fees added to the billing such as "shop charge". There needs to be a better process at letting customers know that their vehicle is ready to go and the checking out process. More
