Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said everything was done and gave me paperwork stating as much. I had the tires marked and they weren’t touched. They didn’t clean up after the oil change and left enough old oil on my truck that it dripped and stained my driveway. Not the first problem that I’ve there but it will be the last. This service was a grease oil & filter Wait time was not bad - what I would consider normal 2 issues I have is the tire valve stem covers were broken and they did not mention it and did not replace them bad - what I would consider normal 2 issues I have is the tire valve stem covers were broken and they did not mention it and did not replace them - my guess is they did not check air pressure When I purchased this 2022 Jeep Gladiator last December 2023 I was told I’d get 2 free oil changes This service was my first- I only put 5,000 miles on this year During the visit I was told I would loose the second oil change because it was or had to be complete within the first year Other than my 2 issues they did ok More
