I truly hate using this location for service. Reps are not friendly, make no effort to do anything for the customer and for the most part it seems as though they forgot they are providing custome Reps are not friendly, make no effort to do anything for the customer and for the most part it seems as though they forgot they are providing customers with a paid service. They went out of their way to cater to my (somewhat demanding) needs. They didn’t have an appointment that day, but my car was sold and needed a diagnostic session to complete the sale.
