Rob in service was very honest with me about my 2017 Camry issue. My transmission fluid leak was due to a prior repair miscue from another shop. He correctly diagnosed the problem and after I declined the fix, filled the transmission fluid. This allowed me to drive the car to the previous shop to fix the error. I am so grateful the dealership was willing to work with me on my unique situation. I needed a new car but was in the middle of buying a house, so I couldn’t complete the purchase until after closing. They me on my unique situation.
