⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We cannot say enough good things about Max Castillo and the experience we had with him! We truly had zero intention of buying a vehicle that day. We had just dropped one of our vehicles off Castillo and the experience we had with him! We truly had zero intention of buying a vehicle that day. We had just dropped one of our vehicles off to be serviced and decided to walk around the lot to kill some time. He never pressured us, rushed us, or made us feel like we had to make a decision. He took his time showing us a couple different vehicles, answered every question we had, and made the entire experience perfect. What was supposed to be us casually looking around ended with us finding a vehicle we absolutely loved, and Max played a huge part in making that happen. Even when we had some things to figure out with our other vehicle before moving forward, he was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for someone who is genuine, patient, knowledgeable, and will never make you feel pressured, ask for Max. He absolutely deserves the recognition. We would recommend him to anyone and would happily work with him again in the future. 5 stars all around! More
