Our salesman was Ben Bowersox, he made sure he kept in touch with us while we waited for our car to be delivered. It was delivered earlier than expected, which was good. We were delighted with the Rav 4 and Ben made sure we had a full tank of gas, and the new pinstripe looked great. Ben also gave us a tutorial on all the features our new car had. We are not great with technology, but Ben took his time to ensure everything was set the way we wanted it The paperwork was done by James, who was great to deal with, and made it quick and easy for us to get everything in order before driving our new car home. I said get it a little lower and we got a deal and bam like that we had a brand new tundra for under sticker and under or budgeted monthly. Duey made things as smooth as possible. I forget the finance managers name but he was great as well normally that's like the final boss section of this process and that the most pushy salesman for all the extra warranty stuff. not at Phillips this guy was awesome no sales tactics and fast and efficient. overall great experience and I will be a continued customer for the service of the truck and future purchases. Called him on Tuesday 5/12/26 to explain my passenger side Liftgate strut had slipped off when my front seat passenger slammed the door so hard the s Called him on Tuesday 5/12/26 to explain my passenger side Liftgate strut had slipped off when my front seat passenger slammed the door so hard the strut slipped off while the automatic hatch was closing. My appointment was scheduled the following day at 1:30pm. Arreived at the dealership at 1:20pm. Tyler inspected the strut,and seeing no visible damage, he reattached, tested the opening & closing mechanism to ensure the rear hatch operated nornally I left the dealership at 1:25pm, five minutes before my scheduled appointment.
