I was a down and out, no extra funds and my current car falling apart. Max and Micheal pulled me out of that very scary predicament in driving an unsafe vehicle to making me feel safe on the road again. M falling apart. My experience was the best I've ever had, in all my years dealing with any dealership. I received a quote from Jeff Moreno, in the internet sales department, and after the agreed best price, the ball started dealing with any dealership. I received a quote from Jeff Moreno, in the internet sales department, and after the agreed best price, the ball started rolling. The whole team mobilized to make my buying smooth. After Jeff, the ball was turned over to Mark Hosler, He had my vehicle detailed and greeted me to take care of my paperwork. Which went seamlessly. Then came the finance officer, Michael Harvey, with no pressure tactic explained every detail of my contracts and options for the vehicle. The management behind the scenes, contributing to giving me the best deal possible. The whole team came together to make my time there the best I've ever had! I drove 70 miles to get out to Phillips Toyota and it was well worth it. All my future car buying will be at Phillips Toyota. More
