I just took my new Rav 4 in for a recall. I had never been to Phillips Toyota before, and I was treated very well. I cannot speak to their service, although I do know that a few people in the I had never been to Phillips Toyota before, and I was treated very well. This dealership was absolutely awesome. We had to make an unexpected trip from West Virginia to Florida. My 2025 Highlander needed it's 20,000 mile service while en route. The service person, (Brian Campbell) went the extra mile to figure out if my service agreement transferred from Illinois to Florida. He personally called my Illinois dealership and spoke with them to work o to figure out if my service agreement transferred from Illinois to Florida.
