Came in for regularly scheduled maintenance. I sat down for an hour listening to music on my headphones and reading. When my car was ready, the service writer found me, handed me my keys, handed me a written itemized service summary, and pointed to where my car could be picked up. Again, no wasted time having to go to the desk and sign stuff. Now this visit was all covered service, so no need for payment, but still a nice change from the usual drill. More

Took a used Rav4 with 51,000 miles on it for oil change. Service writer told me I needed a new water pump. I told HER I would get my mechanic to look at it. Then I left. That was 5 years and 121,00 miles before I sold it. NEVER TOUCHED THE WATER PUMP. never had a problem with the cooling system at all while I owned it. So how many of those people in there waiting room are waiting on some made up problem to be fixed on there vehicle. What would you say if they told you "your water pumps bad" you better be aware and get a 2nd opinion. Trust me this whole dealership is trash. Enter at your own risk.. More
