My appointment was scheduled the following day at 1:30pm. Arreived at the dealership at 1:20pm. Tyler inspected the strut,and seeing no visible damage, he reattached, tested the opening & closing mechanism to ensure the rear hatch operated nornally I left the dealership at 1:25pm, five minutes before my scheduled appointment.
