Rob in service was very honest with me about my 2017 Camry issue. My transmission fluid leak was due to a prior repair miscue from another shop. He correctly diagnosed the problem and after I declined the fix, filled the transmission fluid. This allowed me to drive the car to the previous shop to fix the error. I recognize that he could’ve made money with a more vague diagnosis. I really appreciate the honesty. More
