I bought a Rav 4 from CarMax and found I had a coolant bypass valve leaking. Went to Toyota and they said there was some type of recall on that part. They replaced it and the hoes for free. My Lexus needed it's 2nd servicing so I had to seek out someplace to take it locally. Who better than a Toyota dealer? Glad I picked the right one, Phillips Toyota. On the appointment date I arrived early; they took the car immediately. Ryan Pugh then asked if there was anything else they should do other than regular service items. There was. After, what I thought was a short wait, Ryan came back with the finished product. In and out ended up as quick and easy. They (Phillips Toyota and Ryan Pugh) will continue to be my "go to" guy and dealership. 10 out of 10 rating. More
