Everything was awesome. The service was great! I just don’t understand why the book says you can get your car serviced every 10,000 miles but you have to go to the dealershi The service was great! The problem was not resolved because the wrong part was sent. The original part was on back order. The people I dealt with did their best to resolve the problem and hopefully the next time I am called th sent. The original part was on back order. I had completely forgotten that two and a half years ago when I needed a new battery for my car I had signed up for a lifetime replacement. But since I had purchased my battery there when I knew I ought to when I needed a new battery for my car I had signed up for a lifetime replacement. But since I had purchased my battery there when I knew I ought to have it checked I went back. They check the battery had time to put in a new one, even though I didn't have an appointment. So I waited for my battery to be replaced when they came out with the paperwork the lady said Good news you got a free battery. She explained to me that I had gotten a lifetime replacement. I told her I said I had totally forgotten she said and we're here to remind you. That was incredible. I told her I said well I'll be back in about 2 and 1/2 years when I need another battery. I thanked her very much. Great day! More
