I arrived at my 6:30 am appointment and was greeted by the service manager, processed quickly, and the car moved into service almost immediately. Terrible communication through out the whole experience of getting my car serviced. I was also lied to and told my car was being worked on, then about 15 minutes later I get an alert on my phone that my d of getting my car serviced. That was the first alert I had received since I had left the dealership the morning prior and had seen my car parked and phone alerts it was locked. When I picked up my car after noon I inquired about why my car didn't get worked on first as promised the day prior. I was told that he had "emergency waiters", and I was in the comfort of my own home! Also the parts department is no better with their communication also. Went twice to inquire about a paint touch up pen I ordered, not until the second time up there I'm told it will be 4-6 weeks for it because it's not a regular color. I don't mind the waiting, just tell me from the beginning so I'm not wasting my time continually checking on my item. The sales experience was great when purchased, everything since, 1 star at best. And when I bought the car I heard there was new owner, they have room to improve in many areas More
