I had my RAV4 in for service at Phillips Toyota yesterday. I’ve been in The Villages over 3 years and have been servicing my car there. While I was waiting I received a text message from their sale yesterday. I’ve been in The Villages over 3 years and have been servicing my car there. While I was waiting I received a text message from their sales dept if I was interested in trading my car in. They gave me a price range of what my car was worth. I responded with a figure that was higher and they accepted it. I met with Senior Sales Associate Shawn Ismani who made the process seamless. He was knowledgeable, polite, kind, listened to my needs and made the transaction happen. Shawn made this an overall fun experience. He turned me over to their financial manager Tom Pardo. Tom was such a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions. What a wonderful experience this was from start to finish. I am happy to be a part of the Phillips Toyota Family now. More

Scheduled appointment for 7:30 am. Service tech arrived promptly and took my information. Service was completed in less than an hour. No issues. Came in for regularly scheduled maintenance. Service writer took my keys and assured me it would be taken care of with no time wasted going to his desk and filling out paperwork out signing disc Service writer took my keys and assured me it would be taken care of with no time wasted going to his desk and filling out paperwork out signing disclaimers. I sat down for an hour listening to music on my headphones and reading. When my car was ready, the service writer found me, handed me my keys, handed me a written itemized service summary, and pointed to where my car could be picked up. Again, no wasted time having to go to the desk and sign stuff. Now this visit was all covered service, so no need for payment, but still a nice change from the usual drill. More
