I had scheduled an appointment for a state inspection in March with the knowledge of having a medical appointment one hour later. Bad timing on my part, but the Piazza team did their best, completed the inspection and got us out in time to make our hospital appointment on time. I felt like I was in Disney. Jamie went above and beyond to assist me in the purchase of a new car (despite my not so good credit). To my surprise the sale was a great success. It took about week, but by the end of it all I left the of a new car (despite my not so good credit). To my surprise the sale was a great success. I have used this dealership for at least 7 years - for maintenance, to lease and, most recently, buy a used car. The maintenance service has always been quick, efficient, and dead-on in predicting when m maintenance, to lease and, most recently, buy a used car. The maintenance service has always been quick, efficient, and dead-on in predicting when maintenance would be needed. I never felt they were trying to "get one over on me", ever. My most recent experience was when I just bought my TSX at the end of my lease. I have a difficult schedule, and they were flexible with times to meet me, handled all of the paperwork via email (all I had to do was walk in and sign the papers....literally "sign and drive") and offered many different options as to financing, buying new, buying used, etc. I never felt pressured to go in any particular direction. The BEST thing was when I went to sign the paperwork, they had crunched the numbers a bit more before I got there, and presented me with a monthly payment price I really never thought I could get. I know what you're thinking....they always start higher and come down, but I always research thoroughly before I buy a car....they offered me an extremely fair price on the car and the interest rate was far lower than I had anticipated. I'm very, very happy I chose to stick with Acura, and particularly this dealership. They have a very loyal customer in me - I would recommend them to anyone I know. More

I called for a quick service visit and they got me right in the Q. I went to lunch with the expectation of 1 hour for service, oil change, and tire rotation. Was called to retrieve the car 50 minutes late in the Q. I went to lunch with the expectation of 1 hour for service, oil change, and tire rotation. Was called to retrieve the car 50 minutes later.
