I contacted this dealer through costco auto program. Matt wendelken was helpful and timely in getting all the necessary information we needed to purchase our new acura. It was a great experience working with them. The sales person was very knowledgeble and friendly. We took our time to make a decision, and no pressure from the dealership. Went to Dealership for 'A1' service. As expected, the service took about an hour. The only improvement I would suggest is that coupons sent should be for the full 'A1' service. A part came off a windshield wiper. Before selling me a new wiper, the man in the parts dept. came out to the car and was able to fix it without needing any new parts. We had a wonderful experience with Jamie Difebo, our sales associate. He was informative, friendly and patient... Most importantly, he was not pushy. It was the BEST service I have ever encountered in any dealership. The staff was so friendly - they practically run to greet you as you enter.
