We could not have received a more helpful and satisfying experience than was provided by Matthew and Scott. After determining just what we needed in a used car, Matthew literally brought (to an old, severe experience than was provided by Matthew and Scott. The Piazza Acura family is great. Everyone at Ardmore is friendly, efficient, and courteous. Bought our MDX from the sister dealership in Reading and Ardmore still gave me the FREE Inspection that was offe friendly, efficient, and courteous. Like most people, I was dreading the thought of the purchase of a new vehicle. Dishonest car salesman, high pressure pitches, wasting an entire day at the dealership...That is not the case at Piazza A purchase of a new vehicle. Dishonest car salesman, high pressure pitches, wasting an entire day at the dealership...That is not the case at Piazza Acura of Ardmore. From the second I requested an online quote to driving off the lot, I could not have been more pleased with the quality of customer service and attention that I received from Jamie and Scott. Whenever I had a question, Jamie was quick to respond almost immediately, via phone or email, even on his day off or after 9pm. He worked with me in getting the price I wanted on my new vehicle, and a fair price on my trade in, and made the entire process basically effortless on my part. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, he had all of the paperwork ready, and sent me to Scott to sign and be on my way. Scott was very professional and helpful, and actually ended up getting me a better interest rate than I initially anticipated. Talk about going above and beyond to help their customers. At no point during the entire process (dealing with Jamie or Scott) did I feel pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. Their honestly and genuine desire to help me made me feel confident in my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used Acura. More

My family has been dealing with Ardmore Acura for a long time, my new TL was the 8th car we purchased from them over the years.
