The parts and sales team weren’t on the same team. We started in service during a vacation trip w a Friday late day breakdown on the highway and tow. Katie in service went above and beyond waiting for us to arrive about 5:30 to provide a loaner. A new alternator and battery were diagnosed and replaced first thing Monday morning upon opening. We test drove a new car with veteran salesman Robert M. after test driving competitive mid-sized luxury SUV’s all weekend. Robert was superb. He knows cars very well, explaining all the features and trim lines available. We chose a '26 RDX Advance and traded our '15 RDX to Piazza having received a very fair price. The entire experience, even tho' we had our first repair in more than a decade of routine maintenance (!)--was all around superb. Acura Piazza was professional and went above and beyond in all elements of our dealings with them. Recommend highly. Thank you! More
