3 trips to sign papers and finally pick up my wife's car. First time I've ever had a dealer tell me I couldn't pick up my car on a Saturday because they are too busy on Saturday's. Mark did an incredible job. We came in 10 minutes before they closed. Mark answered all of my questions and assured me that he did not mind staying late.
