I had already decided what I wanted to buy because I had researched online and done the math/pricing/interest rates for loan etc. The salesman Jim Helmig was fine. Not pushy. Honest. He explained all the settings on the console and set up my phone for me before I drove off the lot. Very helpful. I was not happy with the pushy finance guy. When I said I didn’t want to get any of the extra protection packages, he got a a bit rude and asked me if I was ‘allowed’ to make the money decisions or if I had to check with my husband! Dude, it’s 2020 and I have been buying and selling cars for almost 25 years. He needs some diversity training. More

This was the worst experience ever, they don't know how to diagnose a problem, they just remove and replace parts. When we brought the car back in for the same issue, they told us that it was a 'hiccup". W to diagnose a problem, they just remove and replace parts. When we brought the car back in for the same issue, they told us that it was a 'hiccup". We ended up taking our car to another dealer who properly diagnosed the problem and most likely, didn't require the expensive repair that Piazza Honda of Springfield did. When we called, they denied it and refused to refund the money. Avoid this dealership, plenty of other reputable and competent places to use. More
