Trade-In and Purchase Dylan and the Sales team members were very knowledgeable and friendly, and not too pushy. They gave us options that matched what we were looking for and adjusted the options as we went along and narrowed it down. But the “paperwork” guy spoiled the experience. He rushed through everything so quickly that we didn’t have time to think about anything or give us an opportunity to ask questions. It was obvious all he cared about was making money by selling us an additional warranty. He almost got in an argument with my husband when we said we did not want the warranty. And then he stood up, put his coat on and started gathering his belongings before we were even finished because he was so angry. Did not even say goodbye. Very rude and unprofessional. Luckily everyone else was pleasant and helpful. More
