Despite not having an appointment for inspection, Jonathan was able to fit me into their very busy schedule for the day to get my car inspected. He communicated with me throughout the day and my car was ready for pickup hours before closing. There was only one valet so he brought my car to me himself. From the time I walked in there til the minute I left he went above and beyond to represent Honda in the most professional way possible. More

Overall good I was able to get the car I wanted, but the process took very long and there were hidden fees which wasn't clear or explained to me. The only person who made my experience great was Jim Helmig. I would highly advise you pursue hiring more people like Jim. More
