Two days later I went to the dealership to see and test drive the different model cars that he thought I would be interested in. I was politely greeted and we discussed some of the different models and he decided to get one for me. When he pulled the car up it was exactly the right size I wanted and we got in he showed me all the different controls and options and how to work everything and we took it for a test drive. I felt Comfort comfortable in the car and like I was getting into an old friend I decided at that point in time I wanted to buy that car and they got all the paperwork together for me to complete the sale More

So far so good Express side is quick plus you can watch them work on your vehicle. Did have some minor issues with work being done that I didn’t ask for but the serv Express side is quick plus you can watch them work on your vehicle. Did have some minor issues with work being done that I didn’t ask for but the service advisor took alot off the bill, I needed it done anyway. This was last year though. Once I asked for a tire rotation that they didn’t do cause the mechanic felt it wasn’t necessary but the service manager was courteous and offered not to charge me on the next visit. Again this was last year and the new faces there are very nice to deal with. More

I drove home in my new lease of my Honda Civic 2019. I was very happy about how the process went. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had asked Mike to run two different scenarios for the Civic to have extra features. He did not have a problem doing so. I love my car and am thankful to Piazza Honda of Springfield for being so awesome. I have been leasing there for 6 years and I just leased again. Always a pleasure there with great customer service.
