After sending this message and an email to the Sales General Manager, I received a call yesterday, Tuesday, from Greg Repice, Assistant Manager, Sales. He met with me today and invested the time and effort to resolve my issues and concerns. He reviewed the vehicle checklist with me, all the vehicle safety functions and resolved the connectivity and voice issues. I wish this would have happened on Saturday or Monday, but am most appreciative that the time was invested today. Greg was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Now, I can enjoy my car & have a better opinion of the Sales Department. There was also another person who does general jobs around the dealership, picks up & moves cars etc. He tried to help Sean several times on Saturday. I don't know his name, but he was most helpful and so courteous. I have no concerns with the Finance Department. My time with Matt was the most professional and efficient part of my visit on Saturday. He seems an asset to your organization.
