From the moment we met Bill Sherman it was evident that he wanted to help us get the vehicle we wanted. We wanted specifics with the Colorado and had to order it and Bill was very helpful to us to get what we want ordered. Once ordered he kept us abreast of what was happening with the vehicle. Once it came in he was very helpful to get us the financing we wanted. After we left he followed up to make sure we were happy. First time buying a car and not being frustrated!. I have to say that this is the first time ever buying a car and not having a headache after leaving!. My daughter bought a car from Eugene last year a I have to say that this is the first time ever buying a car and not having a headache after leaving!. Very recommendable As a first time buyer with little credit to my name, I was very nervous. However, I was immediately greeted by Russ before I walked into the store and felt very comfortable talking to him about what I was hoping to find. When Russ realized I would need help from the finance department he brought me to meet Jeff, who was very straightforward with me. I'm not sure exactly how but he worked his magic and together Jeff and Russ found the perfect car that I could reasonably afford. I'm very thankful to have met these two individuals as they made my car buying process very easy and honest. I would deffiently recommend the dealership, as well as Russ and Jeff. More
