I went here originally to look at a different car, but Darryl showed me a 2004 Ford Escape that was 2K cheaper and in MUCH better condition. It didn't need any repairs, unlike the other car. They told me that they wanted me to get the best deal possible, and I did. I ended up paying about $4,000 less than I had anticipated! The car is in great shape, and everybody there is so friendly! I went to Pine Belt after seeing the car I was interested in on their website. I'd been to other dealerships prior and had poor experiences and had been treated like a "dumb woman" and was ready to have the same...BUT, at Pine Belt, I was shown the exact car I wanted to see..no one pressured me into looking at more expensive cars nor one they felt I "could afford". I was able to spend the amount I had predetermined. The sales associate, Frank Trombatura, made my daughter and I feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process....it was like hanging out with family. Where else do you get hot chocolate and cookies served to you while also getting a fantastic deal(car was offered to me at a price way below book value).
