Poor New Customer Service Tried to get warranty work done on my 7000 mile 2019 RAM Pickup. I called the Service number and the receptionist forwarded me to an "Advisors" voice Tried to get warranty work done on my 7000 mile 2019 RAM Pickup. I called the Service number and the receptionist forwarded me to an "Advisors" voice mail. I left a message but he never called me back. I called the Service number again days later and explained how I never got called back from the "Advisor"and this time the receptionist connected me to the Service Managers voice mail. I left a message there and again I never got called back. This is no way to treat a potential new customer. I finally called World Jeep Chrysler Doge RAM which is a lot further away from where I live and their Receptionist set me up with an appointment and a loner right away. More
