I called the dealership and asked to test drive a specific vehicle and would be there in 30 minutes. Once I arrived, the truck was washed, gassed up and waiting for me to look at in the front custome specific vehicle and would be there in 30 minutes. Once I arrived, the truck was washed, gassed up and waiting for me to look at in the front customer parking lot. In order to not waste time, the truck I was trading in was appraised during my test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership, the credit check, issuance of new insurance cards and signing of paperwork took place. I was able to walk out of the dealership within 2.5 hours with a new truck. Everyone I worked with; Billy, Brianna and the insurance manager (whose name I’ve forgotten) were all helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy or invasive. As a female, purchasing a truck alone without a guy to help with the negotiating process, I thought I would be pushed into something I wasn’t happy with but I was pleasantly surprised. I’m one happy customer! More
