December 27,2019 I went to Pinebelt Chrysler/Jeep to trade in the lease on my 2017 Chrysler 300.This was my fifth 300 and the fourth that I had purchased/ leased from I went to Pinebelt Chrysler/Jeep to trade in the lease on my 2017 Chrysler 300.This was my fifth 300 and the fourth that I had purchased/ leased from Pinebelt I was extremely disappointed to find that there were no 2020 models of the 300 on the lot. I was even more disappointed to learn that Chrysler was phasing out their luxury car model and moving to SUV models and I was told that to lease/ finance an existing one would be $200 to $300 above my current payment John and Ryan were very diplomatic in their steering me towards the Jeep Cherokee. Mr. Nisler brought me two to test drive. He took the time to show me all the bells and whistles that the Jeep had and how they were comparable to my Chrysler. He went to Mr Lavender and they worked out prices for me to buyout my lease and, for me to lease the Jeep with and without a trade in. I finally decided to turn in my car and lease the Jeep I disputed their lease quote and they met my price. John showed extreme professionalism and patience when I decided to switch from the red to the white Jeep and the paperwork had to be done over He made sure my car was detailed and ready to go. He kept asking if I had any questions or needed any more coaching. He even paired my phone and gave me his cell phone number in case of any questions The two things I was unhappy about is Chrysler limiting the options for buyers and that after deciding on a price being told it was a 42 month lease instead of 36 but even that was okay until I went to fill out the financial paperwork and I was hit with the fact that the warranty ends at 36 months and I would have to pay for a warranty on the other 6 months. I feel that was outrageous and up went my price. Why does there always need to be just that little bit of snakebite when buying a car and always at the end when you’re exhausted from the process? I’m mad at myself for falling for it. I know it is their job but the fast talking left me on a day of ups and down, on a down note When I went to the insurance department, Lenaine was knowledgeable and professional I am really hoping I enjoy this Jeep I would buy a car from John Nisler any time He made a very disappointing and stressful day much more palatable. He is an asset to your brand. However if Chrysler does not put out a luxury car in the next three years I may have to explore another brand of automobile More

The other salesman David Kidd that assisted Eugene was also very helpful in my car buying experience. My family and I have went on long drives to Florida and Georgia many times and have had zero problems with the car. If we ever had a problem we know we can just call and bring the car into the dealership and get fast expert service from experienced technicians and be back on the road fast. It wouldn't even be a problem to get a loaner car if I needed one because of the excellent customer service provided by Pinebelt. Best overall value and effortless buying experience. More
