My husband and I went to Pine Belt today just to get information on a Grand Cherokee and were overly impressed by our salesman, Mike. He was honest and patient with us from the start. It's kind of hard rating any business off of one visit. I believe that you find out the real work ethic for any business when you have a problem that they may have to resolve. However, with that said, for a single woman I found my experience with Pinebelt Chrysler Jeep not as intimidating as I had imaged. Mike Kevoian was very supportive; he tried to make sure all my concerns were handled as quickly as possible plus he offered his services anytime. I also liked the friendly/family atmosphere offered by this dealership. I cannot fail to mention that the internet coordinator (the first person I had contact with), Allyson was a wonderful representation for this dealership. If she had not been so overly helpful, I doubt I would have taken a 1 1/2 drive to buy a car. More
