For years, I have brought my car to you and have been very happy. This time, I had a pre-scheduled appointment days ahead for an oil change. It took 3 hours for the oil change, and to make it worse, after they brought my car out as if it was done, then they told me that one of my taillight brake lights is out !!! They were going to let me leave with no brake light !!!!!!!!!!! I am truly not interested in hearing an excuse from you. More

I always say that I’ll never know that I got the best deal I could, but I got the deal I was happy with and that was thanks to Lawrence. I had a very disappointing experience at Pine Belt Subaru. Before visiting the dealership, I had a detailed email thread with one of their sales representatives clearly outlining all portions of th Subaru. We went back and forth to make sure everything was transparent and agreed upon. Based on that communication, I scheduled an appointment and came in expecting a smooth process. When I arrived, I was told the sales rep I had been working with wasn’t there — despite the fact that I had a confirmed appointment. Even worse, no one at the dealership seemed to know anything about my appointment or the deal we had discussed. Another representative stepped in and kept me there for about an hour asking a series of irrelevant questions, even though all the details had already been negotiated via email. After waiting an additional 45 minutes, he returned with information miraculously found and informed me that the deal was “not final” and would now cost an additional $38 per month. I do not like to feel manipulated. I would have appreciated a straightforward answer from the beginning — even if that meant being told there was a mistake and the dealership could not accommodate the deal. Instead, another hour of my time was wasted. After all of that, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and “thank you for stopping by.” This experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and misleading. If you negotiate terms ahead of time, don’t expect them to be honored when you arrive. I would not recommend Pine Belt Subaru based on my experience. Ilya B. More

Best Service EVER! Had no appointment but my car battery wouldn't hold a charge. Had my car towed there and they tested it to make sure it was the battery - it was. I was kept informed about my car's progress every step of the way. This wasn't the first time I had an emergency and just brought the car in. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
