With the dealership being primarily closed due to the Coronavirus I fortunately found out that they are doing curbside delivery. I called and spoke to a woman named Lisa who set me up with the General manager Ryan Concord for pricing and vehicle info, I was given an amazing price and he immediately earned my business, He then had Daniel Levine contact me as my sales rep and Daniel was great. He answered all my questions and finalized the set up of the curbside delivery, Upon receiving the car, Daniel had on proper PPE to assure safety during this crazy time of Covid. The two of them were extremely courteous and friendly and knowledgeable . They played no games in the sale and there were no uncharges. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and I highly recommend them. More

Excellent experience with Pine Belt in Lakewood. I just purchased my third Subaru Outback from Pine Belt Subaru. I live just about over an hour north of this dealership. For some reason Pine Belt giv I just purchased my third Subaru Outback from Pine Belt Subaru. I live just about over an hour north of this dealership. For some reason Pine Belt gives better pricing than all the Subaru dealerships in my area in Central NJ. Matt Mazza is an excellent salesman. He will gain your business, but not in a pushy manner, which is always a turn off for me. I highly recommend doing business with Matt, he is a true professional. I also had some dealing with Ryan Concord. He is the General Manager at Pine Belt. There was a mix-up with my plates and Ryan went out of his way, and bent over backwards, to make up for the issue. I couldn't have been happier with how Ryan handled it. I am in Customer service and know how things should be handled. Pine Belt earned my business, not once, but three times! Thanks Matt, Ryan, & Pine Belt! My 2020 Subaru Outback is fantastic. More

I am so impressed!!!! My 2018 Subaru Outback has had a mysterious battery problem that another dealer could not diagnose. After a couple of days, the battery would die.
