Upon arrival the original salesperson I was suppose to speak with was occupied, and Luis took over. He gave me a preliminary run through of the vehicle then we proceeded with the test drive. He was very accommodating on the test drive, walked me through the new safety features the vehicle had to offer. Three days later when I went to finalize the deal, the closing took longer than usual and went past Pine Belt dealership hours and Luis was there with me to from beginning to end. Overall, my experience here is ranked better than other dealerships I visited. Luis was my go to person from the second I stepped in and stepped out of the dealership. More

Smoothest Dealership Experience I have had! I went to Pine Belt looking for a just released Legacy model that I was unable to find anywhere else. In my search I had dealt with several salespeopl I went to Pine Belt looking for a just released Legacy model that I was unable to find anywhere else. In my search I had dealt with several salespeople who seemed to know less than I knew. That was not the case here, I was lucky to be paired with Adeeyah for my test drive appointment. She answered every question I had about the newly released 2020 model. She, and Pine Belt as a whole, were professional and kept things moving along.
