I love this place! The staff is super friendly, and extremely helpful. I was treated with respect, even though I missed my initial service appointment. I showed up an hour early for my next appointment extremely helpful. I was treated with respect, even though I missed my initial service appointment. I showed up an hour early for my next appointment and Anissa brought me right in. I was out the door by the time my appointment was supposed to start. I highly recommend Pine Belt, because the staff is knowledgeable, courteous and compassionate to the consumers. The facility is clean and the waiting room is comfortable and stocked with coffee, water and snacks. I didn’t purchase my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek at Pine Belt, but I wish I had. Thanks Pine Belt! More

Michael asked questions that helped me express exactly what I wanted and due to his knowledge of his products was able to take me right to what I was looking for. He gave me great choices and we quickly narrowed down my available selections enabling me to make an educated choice based on what I wanted and my price range. It only took a few moments for me to relax, not feeling pushed. Actually, I was the one pushing as I was against a time constraint.
