I had a great experience with the sales manager and the sales associate Jay. They all worked together well and had me and my toddler out sooner than most dealerships that I purchased from in the past. Ever sales associate Jay. They all worked together well and had me and my toddler out sooner than most dealerships that I purchased from in the past. Everyone isn’t perfect but everyone that I encountered at Pinnacle were pleasant and helpful. More

A sales associate for the dealer contacted my 20 year old son in reference to his listing for his 2008 BMW that he was selling and invited him to the dealership to assess a trade in and see if there was something on the lot that interested him. The dealership offered my so $250 - yes TWO HUNDRED and FIFTY dollars towards is trade in which could easily be sold third party for $15k with all the upgrades and modifications on it! What the actual heck??!! I expected a low ball offer - closer to the $10k mark, but $250???????????????????? Legit. $250. I got on the phone with the sales guy and he said he could only offer auction value. Why did you even have my son come to the dealership in the first place?! The sales guy knew about all the modifications and upgrades on the car as they were listed in the online ad - why waste 2 hours of my son's time showing him new cars and running numbers only to offer $250 for his trade in?? Absolutely disgusting and totally offensive business practice. Awful, awful, awful. More
Was at the dealership yesterday with my daughter to purchase a Rogue (her first car, she just turned 16). After she test drove the car and loved it, the salesman (we will keep his name out of it) told purchase a Rogue (her first car, she just turned 16). After she test drove the car and loved it, the salesman (we will keep his name out of it) told us he would only sell us the car for $10,000 over sticker (what a joke - he wanted over $51,000 for a Rogue). As we were walking out upset, the sales manager approached us and said "if i am ready to close a deal immediately, he would sell me the car for sticker price and would discount the car $10,000". RIDICULOUS, There are much better ways to negotiate the price of a car. I am going to purchase a Hyundai Tucson up the street. STAY AWAY FROM Pinnacle Nissan. More
Since the day I drove my new, very expensive, Armada off their lot I've had issues with the Heads Up Display. The sales persons couldn't figure it out so I waited 7 months to be seen by the rude, dismissive service department. They did nothing, just blamed it on my phone connection. My car Navigation doesn't work, my phone numbers are all duplicated and the volume switches over to my phone (when I get text notifications) leaving me without control over the music for the rest of the day. I'm so aggravated with the whole dealership and lack of customer service. Don't ever purchase here! More
Well u went in and was told I was approved to finance a car but was only limited option . it was a run down Nissan sentra been in an accident burn holes in the seat speakers blown so no radio it was filthy car but was only limited option . it was a run down Nissan sentra been in an accident burn holes in the seat speakers blown so no radio it was filthy inside very gross . And as soon as i left the lot the dashboard lights started to pop on and a system malfunction warning as well so I then called the dealership and let them know what my issue with the vehicle was and they said bring it on in we will see what we can do to get u in another vehicle. So I show up and explain my situation and then they have me sign a paper saying there was no damage and a paper to release my car. Then after u sign over the car and he looks at me and says well we have nothing available on our lot for you. So I said what do you mean I'm not getting another vehicle he says no and I said what do you expect me to do walk ?? He said sorry. Are you kidding me. I was livid and frustrated and had to walk home . so messaged the first guy that had me come to the dealership told him the situation and they told him that they called me and told me to bring the car in because it had to be unwind ! They never called me not once they are liars . because don't you think I would have brought another ride knowing I had to return the vehicle and if my car had to unwind then why did he say they may have something in a couple days ? These guys at this dealership are a joke! And to be treated the way i was , was so unprofessional and I guess since I wasnt loaded with money or dressed to there standards they give me a lemon with issues and then not replace or exchange my car . ? There was a Altima same year same mile and same price as the sentra but yet I wasnt allowed to finance it. My first car purchase ever and this is the xxxx I get . I will never set foot there ever again More
Dealer listed a 2018 Nissan Rogue for an incredible price. Called and spoke to Reginald who actually got me a few hundered off their price. I live in California so they overnighted me docs to sign for price. Called and spoke to Reginald who actually got me a few hundered off their price. I live in California so they overnighted me docs to sign for the car. I sent them back and did not hear anything for several days. I called Reginald who said he would look into it. About a week later Reginald called and said that he had gotten out of a meeting about the car I was going to buy and that they could not sell it to me because Nissan put a stop sale on the car for a recall. They didnt estimate the amout of time to get the car fixed so I cancelled the deal. That same afternoon, my credit card was debited $1000.00. Now, in the original purchase agreement, I was going to put $1000.00 down on the car. I called reginald who said that the money would be credited to my account in three days. That was a week and a half ago. Reginald did not respond to a text message I sent him this past friday about the $1000.00 credit. This dealership is horrible. I have even asked Reginald to have a manager contact me, with no luck as of this review. More

I’m totally disappointed with the sales team for the second time. Yes it's second time, i thought i should never go to Pinnacle nissan but they pulled again with a fake promise to give a good deal for second time. Yes it's second time, i thought i should never go to Pinnacle nissan but they pulled again with a fake promise to give a good deal for trade in. Your sales person Addison called me saying that they could give 26k for my car if i accept their deal for trade in. I agreed to that and accepted the appointment for the same. Once i visited the showroom their your sales person Addison changed his words telling me that offer was over indicated that he cannot give the previously said deal, so I immediately to turned out to leave the site by expressing my disappointment. Then another sales person Dillon( maybe misspelled ) he promised that he will get a good deal as said before and told me that the other person did a mistake in telling the prices. I kind of got some hint that this is going to be another bad experience. Though I clearly gave my specifications about SUV, Dillon was showing me small cars in-spite of me telling him that i need a intermediate size SUV which i currently own. Finally I myself chosen a car of my need. Then started with negotiation, my car’s trade in value was given only 19k which is too low from what they initially told me. I'm about to lose 5k for my car. Though I explained my concern about this low price, your sales person was compelling in different ways to accept this offer. It was totally a bad experience and waste of time. They kept my car key and almost denying to giving it back. I’ve completely lost trust with pinnacle nissan. Calling me with some fake trade-in price, trying to sell me a unsuitable cars, compelling me to buy even if objecting the price. I'm going to report this incident. More
Extremely disappointed with my car buying experience with Pinnacle. The actual vehicle is fantastic but the experience has been made extremely difficult. My husband is currently deployed and we are living ou Pinnacle. The actual vehicle is fantastic but the experience has been made extremely difficult. My husband is currently deployed and we are living out of state with family. We have had our eye out for a specific vehicle and were able to finally find it online at Pinnacle. We began the process of purchasing the vehicle from out of state, as we were assured they were professional with their delivery experience and frequently work with out of state customers. As we moved through the process, Pinnacle was very hard to get in touch with. Our sales person never reached out to us with information or a timeline, instead I’d call the dealership and be bounced around for quite a few minutes before connecting with anyone. Once our car was delivered to the state we were in, it was running on fumes with a completely empty tank, and multiple check engine lights were on. Thankfully, we have a trusted dealership near us that was able to complete all necessary fixes, but receiving the car in this condition was very disappointing, especially because we couldn’t get an appointment for the repairs for 2.5 weeks, so the car had to just sit idle for that time. Since we bought the car out of state and in an odd situation while my husband was deployed, we were told by our sales person, the finance department, and the used car sales manager they would issue us an additional 30 day extended temporary tag until we were back to our home state to complete the registration. When I called to request the extended tag, I was told this is something they cannot and will not do. I was told sometimes they get confused when things are out of state because they don’t do out of state sales often (complete opposite of what we were told at the beginning of this process) I found the service extremely disappointing and would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this business. We had a sizable downpayment, great credit, and tried to be easy to work with, however it seemed they went out of their way to make things difficult for a military family in a somewhat chaotic deployment situation.
