This is the third car we have purchased from this dealer. They are always very friendly and one doesn't have to "haggle" with the price. Whenever I want, I get to talk to THE OWNER and it is without any kind of runaround! These guys are very responsive to my questions and if they don't know, they find out for me. A lot of people up here in northern AZ will go to Phoenix to purchase a car because it is so much cheaper...perhaps they need to go to Planet and save themselves the time and money. I actually priced the same car in Phoenix and I got it at Planet for 5% less than I could have in Phoenix with the same options! Scott does a great job with his employees and if you ever have a problem, he has an open door and you can talk to him directly. More
