He not only found my Truck but went out of his way to obtain the color and options I wanted. When we are in the market again for a new vehicle we will be calling Terrance and Planet Ford! This is the 2nd flawless experience we have had at Planet Ford without the run around other dealers give you. Our local dealer for the same options wanted $4000 more for the truck, and couldn't get the color I wanted. Good, but just shy of great. Terrance was a fantastic salesman and happy he was able to help on getting me into my dream truck. My experience at Planet Ford was not great, but I believe everything went as smooth as It could. We had some hiccups the first day we walked in due to an unwillingness to negotiate. My wife and I both felt insulted and talked down at. Luckily, Terrance helped smooth things out and move everything forward. More

Definitely worth the drive..
