Bought an F250 from Planet Ford and have nothing but a horrible experience. The latest is for the replacement of the main screen and a leak in the sunroof. The first time they claimed there was no issue with leaks in the sun roof, and I found multiple reports online. After blowing out both drain line the issue came back in a couple of months. I had service to fix the leak checked at a dealership in Arkansas December of 2025 and then had it checked again January 2026. The dealership wants $635.00 for repairs on a truck with 29,000 miles, less than 2 years old and kept in a garage. Buyer beware of this dealership. More

I called after lunch to get a mobile service to my home for oil , tire rotation and fluid checks . I was expecting a next day service or later but they called me about 2 P.M and told me they would be here for oil , tire rotation and fluid checks . Nicholson showed up exactly on time and performed all this service right through a heavy rain . I could not believe it . He just kept smiling and said it was no problem . I had never seen a young man work like that before . And nice as can be . I hope he stays with Planet Ford because workers of his caliber is hard to find . Thanks again young man . Now for the service department I'm disappointed. On my expedition King Ranch couple of yrs ago I lost my motor at 143k on it. We are not hard drivers and 75% of those miles are long distance miles. I dropped off my car at the shop because it stopped dead on the highway and would restart. Had it towed to the shop. I call in the n morning and they said we will look at it. They come to me 2 hrs later and asked when I drove it in last night if it was rattling. The rattling did come from me so it must have happen when ever you all started it. the blame game was played but I ended up buying a new motor and you all put it in. The day I picked it up they said Mr Dorn your good to go. My wife and I looked under the hood everything looked good except 1 thing 1 radiator tank was empty and when I open the camp to radiator you could see any fluid in it. Boy was I pissed. I had a few choice words they top us off an home we went we drove 7 miles and all of a sudden steam rolling out from under the hood. We call ford an they said your expedition burped.but still they claim they had put antifreeze in radiator before they went for there 100 mole run to break it in. Nothing but Lies. So here we are 2 yrs later check engine light is on bring it in and it's throwing codes and they did some digging and I have oil on top of the pistons still under warranty but yet you all want to open it up fix whay is broken so just put a bandaid on it until the warranty is up then it's my problem. It's time you all step up to the plate and do the right thing here put a new motor in at your expense and put a new warranty on that motor. You all should be ashamed of this mess. More

Parts repaired fell off before I arrived home. Let me leave with a known dead battery. Ruined by sitting in their shop for 8 months for a repair supposed to be completed in 15 days. Blamed on covid waiting for the parts to ship from the manufacturer. When the door bottom was totally rusted out. From a junk yard. so they lied. They put excessive milage on my car while in their shop. Over 1000 miles. My new air pods, hidden in the car ashtray stolen. The interior molding not attached correctly and cracked. It sounds impossible, but I immediately returned with the car to the Lincoln dealership where purchased. The district manager was appaled with the condition of my car. Told they were not affiliated with the repair shop. He would tell the manager upon his return from vacation. I did as advised by progressive insurance and returned with my car for them "to make it right" Upon meeting with the Manager, Brad Stapp, he refused to get out of his chair to even come and look at the condition his body shop left my car. Instead, outright Lying to me. "The insurance said the repairs were up to standard" I immediately call the insurance company. Told me he was lying. They have the pictures I sent showing the damages the body shop did to my car. Now I am stuck in the middle by neither one of them doing anything to fix my car. I took it to another body shop. They refuse to repair, because it is impossible to "fix the damages done by Planet Ford to make my car back to the condition it was. Now I have been forced to file a lawsuit against Planet Ford because they refuse to acknowledge any communication from me. This includes a demand letter to Scott Burns, the body shop manager I was told "was going to make it good" By Progressive Insurance. The repair person initially working on my car disappeared. The next one told me a 3x4 under carriage protection did not exist on my car. I must have found the part on the road and it was from another car. Either totally ignorant or just another liar from Planet Ford. There are many bad reviews of this place. They are all deleted. I vowed years ago to never buy anything from Planet Ford. I was suckered into buying a car there. It will never happen again. In fact, I will never buy another Ford Product in my life. More

Horrible! Took my car in for repair after a collision. They kept my car for almost a year for a minor repair. When I finally picked up my car, they said they could not find it, even though I scheduled a time. The car repair person redacted my invoice without giving me a copy. Stated his manager refused to reimburse me for a rental car that I have in writing it would be paid for. (This is after I was told when I dropped my car off they no longer supplied loaners.(It was another lie. I was dark by the time "they found my car. I did not learn until my car left me in Austin Texas, they were charging the dead battery in my car, and gave it to me with a bad battery. Bad because they left my car sitting for so long. Also, the speakers were rusting from moisture from the door left off, or open? Upon examination at a ford place getting my car started, they showed the "new door" was rusted, the molding below the door fell off. It was old and rusted. The paint had drips and was rough and not finished. I cannot drive or leave my car out because the trunk floods in the rain. The doors and not aligned and have cracks. The coverings for the undercarriage are missing. My air pods were stolen. The noted missing interior parts and AirPods missing were reported immediately, Parts inside my car, i.e. door handle, were missing. After stranded in Austin, I went to Planet Ford dealership, where I bought my car to show him the rusted door, the molding that fell off, and the paint drips. He stated they were not linked with the body shop. Eddie Fullen, would let the manager know. Shawn Burns. After fighting with the insurance company, I did as advised to bring the car back to the body shop for the manager to make good. The manager called his assistant to his side, and refused to get out of his chair to come and look at the rusted door and damages to my car. He said the insurance inspected the car and said all repairs were up to their standards. I told the insurance company and they stated he is "LYING". Pictures of the door and damages were sent to the insurance company and to the managers at Planet Ford dealership and body shop. I also had approximately 10,000 miles of use on my car while in their shop. To this date, my car has not been repaired. I will be forced to file a lawsuit this week to avoid the statute of limitations. Randall Reed, the owner was copied on my email communications. Never a response. Mr. Brad Stapp, the body shop manager, is the one that refused to get up from his chair to examine the rusted door and damages, a indicator that he was aware they used a junk yard door to replace the door on my Lincoln MKZ, that I bought from Planet Ford. I vowed previously that I would never buy a car from Planet Ford when years ago they did a bait and switch on a car for my son. The insurance company has been of little help. I believe they are supportive of Planet Ford to repair many of their wrecked cars to use substandard replacement and repair. The damages received from Planet Ford Body shop are egregious. More

I bought a 2021 ford bronco sport; I purchase an Extended Service Plan with Roadside assistance during the buying of vehicle in the shop. Which cover major repair including for Rental up to $40.00 to 10 days Service Plan with Roadside assistance during the buying of vehicle in the shop. On April 9,2024, I was driving, and this error message popped on the dash "CHARGING SYSTEM SERVICE NOW" and a red battery symbol, right before the vehicle complete cut off on me while I was driving on a main traffic street. The vehicle wouldn't hold stay on unless I got a jump from another vehicle. I took the vehicle into Planet ford quick land because I thought it was a battery issue and I had a battery warranty. They quickly replace the battery but the error message didn't go away. They informed me it could be the alternator. Since it was late in the afternoon, I called Planet Ford Service to explain my issue and i was bringing my vehicle in for them to fix. I asked for a loan since I paid for this service. I was informed they didn't have a loaner and the next loaner would be ready in June 2024!! Remind you it is April 2024!! I was thinking it would be a quick fix, No it turned into 10 total days of my vehicle being in their shop and me paying uber to go to work. I called the service manager Greg, on the 7th day and 9th day left voice message and no return call. I would never buy a Ford and I would tell others never buy Ford and definitely dont buy from Planet Ford Spring! This service center is refusing to approve or honor contact rights. Also, this is breach of contract by sale provider of product. The dealership service center refuse to resolve this problem which lead to this complaint. More
