Great salesman Jacoby Garmon - he went the extra mile for me I went to Planet Ford because of their advertisement for truck month on F-150’s. I pre-applied forfinancing before calling or visiting to dealership to ensure I qualified. When I called I was passed to Jacoby. He worked with me for 2 days to find the right truck for my needs. He was always responsive, returned texts and phone calls quickly and never once gave me the run around. The only unpleasant experience was during the closing process. I was walked to aftermarket sales. They asked me if I wanted anything and I said no. He asked me what about a bedliner. I told him I already know the brand I want and would get it on my own. He gave me a hard time saying no one would be cheaper. I told him cheaper is not always the right answer. He gave me a dirty look and I walked off. Finance was pretty smooth. He tried really hard to get me to buy an extended warranty and a service plan. I said no. Again he tried to make me feel like an idiot. I stuck to my guns and I was in and out in 10 minutes. This is the third new Ford we have bought in the last 18 months. It was a great experience with Jacoby. The others were annoying. The dealership is huge with a lot of selection. It is clean and people were friendly. It would be a five star review if not for the pushy guys in aftermarket and finance. More
