Especially, I was impressed by the sales person we dealt with. In the past, i always felt nervous and on edge buying a vehicle, worried about being taken in. This was a totally different experience. Patrick Huygen was a relaxed, personable gentleman who was concerned to help me to meet my needs in the best way for me. We had difficulties finding out my financial situation and he never appeared to be worried, or hurried, but continued to move ahead with confidence that things would be just fine in the end. For me, the experience was one of making a friend that I could depend on to be there for me, not only for this purchase but for any problems that might come up in the future. As I am a single women in my 80's, It is important not to be pressured but to feel that I can depend on the person to be "'. Patrick was definately "there for me" and I feel that he will continue to be "there for me" through the life of this car and I would predict that he will be there for me when it is time to look at another one. Excellent Buying Experience! Originally I wasnt going to buy a truck from a dealership. I was going to pick up something cash from an individual and take my chances. "Richard call it intuition, but I really think this truck is a match for you! You really need to come check it out." It really was what I wanted but I had been turned off by previous buying experiences at dealerships and didnt know if I was ready to do that again.
