I had ford.com search the nation for this truck & I had to have a 5.0 - & they found my old friend again. my original sales guy - William ballard - was still there. all it took were a couple of emails and texts & sat morn I was in the dealership. William had the truck pulled up and ready to go & we were done and out of the dealership in a couple of hours. yes, I said a couple. and that included ordering some accessories too. gotta have the spray on bed liner. anyway, I know it's just business, but sometimes business is better when you're doing it with a friend. someone you trust. and that has been my experience at the planet.
