Once i found the correct truck then the finance was also very easy, and with the help of Mr. Juan Martinez. Frank and Juan made the whole process truly easy and made me feel like family. Customer Service that follows you Big Ben Hutzler did a great job honoring our desired choice in cars and is well versed in all the technology that came with our 2016 Ford Flex. He is responsive to post sale communication such as when I was rear ended less than 24 hours after purchase. On another occasion, he met me at the service department to help set up a repair and then escorted me for a car wash and a small buff area and reviewed how to send a text from the car. We were also very pleased with David Sherman in financing. He stayed late to make sure we able to finish up our purchase. So far so Great. More
