I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this dealer as of recently. To support my case here is what happened; About a year ago we went to purchase a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Edge, not only this dealer as of recently. To support my case here is what happened; About a year ago we went to purchase a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Edge, not only did we traded in another Ford vehicle purchased in the very same dealer, but we agreed to purchase their special extended warranty for the car, about a month of using the vehicle we noticed that it had a water leak on the passenger side, we tried for over 6 months to try and get a service appointment to get this checked out since they sold it to us like this. When we finally got the appointment scheduled (took a while due to the lack of loaner vehicles) they took 3 MONTHS to be able to give me a possible diagnostic of the water leak -the person in charge of our case is named Daniel Alvarado who did an absolutely terrible job in handling our case- there were no updates calls whatsoever in those 3 months, I had to constantly try to reach out to him which was futile. When the car was supposed to be ready for a repair, they called me to explain that they had discarded the sunroof and windshield as the culprits of the leak and that it had to be a body seam therefore they could not take care of it and had to transfer it to the body department additionally, my warranty was not going to cover that since it was not “mechanical” so whatever the total was it had to come out of my pocket. Our car spent an additional 2 weeks at the collision department where, guess what, they determined that the leak was in fact coming from the windshield, which they replaced, and I had to pay $858 out of pocket to cover the wrong size windshield that Ford had sold me in the first place. The icing on the cake of this entire mess was that the incompetent mechanics let the car sit for three and a half months without bothering to turn it on at least once a week so when I picked it up from the dealer battery was almost dead, had to call my insurance for a jump start and was forced to purchase a brand-new battery which was previously in perfect conditions. I tried calling both departments and they each flawlessly washed their hands off the battery issue since they told me it was not their fault. This is completely outrageous and unacceptable. If you will use either of these departments to repair something in your car BEWARE, they WILL rip you off. More

Afana was awesome from start to finish. My husband and I came in after work one evening looking for a truck. We knew credit would be a huge factor but he made sure he wasn’t going to take no for an answer a came in after work one evening looking for a truck. We knew credit would be a huge factor but he made sure he wasn’t going to take no for an answer and promised he would get us in what we wanted. We actually left with our dream vehicle that night. He never once made us feel rushed. He stayed with us throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back in a few years to get a newer model and we look forward to working with Afana again.
