I have used the dealers in the past with good results but not this time. Overall a good transaction Good Salesman, good used car manager, Bad Finance Dept. Everything is a good experience here, I buy a lot of cars here. I do not appreciate the bad Good Salesman, good used car manager, Bad Finance Dept. Everything is a good experience here, I buy a lot of cars here. I do not appreciate the bad tactics the Finance dept does. Starting you off with highest rates, then "dropping" the rate so that it shows on a small dollar amount raise while adding $3,000 in dealer mark ups, to total price. Sleezy! Did not include the bill of sale as I'm still waiting on it. Cannot give 5 stars across the board due to finance dept. More

We purchased our Vehicle with the assistance of Todd Yates years ago and each time we go in he speaks to us and asks how we are doing- He has most helpful with the purchase and we have remained friends for some time now. I lke working with Donald Hansard for the service on our vehicle- He is quite knowledgeable and feel that he keeps track of our vehicle and tries to get us out in a timely fashion each time. I am an old car guy and know that he has not tried to oversell us as most dealerships do. Feel that our vehicle is safe in his hands. More
