I was very disappointed that I had an issue with my Ford already. My vehicle is only 2.5 years old and the washer fluid pump went out. She always go over and beyond to help out with our service needs. I Felt that Keith wasn’t concerned about meetings our customer service needs and that he took no effort in providing any. Last, the service tech who completed our last oil change did not fulfill our needs due to not filling our fluids levels in my vehicle. The best service we always receive is from Crystal and I give her 5 stars! Thank you! More
