Great Service!!! My Service Adviser at Quick Lane, David Lossow was absolutely the BEST!!! After 3 years of owning my vehicle, David explained to me that I have a mai My Service Adviser at Quick Lane, David Lossow was absolutely the BEST!!! After 3 years of owning my vehicle, David explained to me that I have a maintenance package, and extended warranty. Whether I was told this upon purchase I have no clue. BUT I have had my vehicle serviced at either the dealership or Quick Lane for every oil change and rotation, NO ONE has ever told me that I did not need to be paying for oil changes, etc. (approximately $300). Next time I go back, I will make sure that David is there to assist me. More

The staff was helpful, informative and made the transaction as smooth as possible. My only gripe was that I wasn’t told that the truck only had 1 key until after the sale was finished and that they transaction as smooth as possible.
